A good property, but showing its age a bit. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was very good, and close to shopping, restaurants and the monkey park. Great location, close to numerous restaurants, money exchanges, shopping. They got free shuttle for close by rides for drop off and pickup. Provide transportation for $ everywhere in Bali, which is very convenient and not to get scammed by someone random. Amazing staff, very nice, calm and helping folks all around. Nice Stay

We had an amazing stay right in the middle of Ubud, yet it felt like a jungle resort. However, it must be mentioned somewhere in the hotel description that there are rooms not suitable for old people or people with disabilities as our, although very nice, had lot of stairs to reach. We personally had no bad experience, the staff was very welcoming and made our stay a memorable one. The hotel is strongly recommended for a stay in Ubud.
