I booked this room because it was half the price of one in downtown Miami, but it ended up being a great choice. All the rooms are easy access, on the ground floor, and only 1 block off the strip of Little Havana. Just a short walk to lots of bars, and restaurants, and even a Planet Fitness within a mile.

Precisamos de auxílio na chegada à propriedade e, até hoje, não fomos respondidos. A localização não é das melhores, porém a propriedade é nova e funcional. A cama, com um colchão muito mole e fora do padrão de hotelaria, não foi do nosso agrado. Como ponto forte, o banheiro nos impressionou positivamente, tanto pelo tamanho quanto pelo chuveiro, que é excelente. Além disso, as toalhas são novas e de ótimo padrão.

Great secure simple clean unit right next to great restaurants. Make sure to guarantee onsite parking. Had challenges with parking. No overnight parking on the city streets.

I had a wonderful stay at El Jardín. The location is excellent and made getting around Miami easy. The team was welcoming and attentive from start to finish. The property and room felt comfortable and well maintained, and everything worked exactly as expected. I would absolutely stay here again and I will be recommending it to friends and family.

I give El Jardín Inn 5 stars! The location is truly unbeatable- right in the heart of Little Havana, surrounded by culture, amazing food, and that authentic Miami vibe. It’s about a 2-minute walk to Calle Ocho, making it easy to explore local spots, enjoy music, grab great coffee, and really take in the neighborhood. The property itself is new, super clean, and well-maintained. The amenities feel updated, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which made the stay even better. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully put together. It’s also part of the Renzi chain, and I’ve always had great experiences staying at their properties, this one definitely lived up to that standard. The only downside is there’s no parking available, which can be a bit inconvenient if you’re driving. However, with some planning or using rideshare, it’s manageable and not a dealbreaker. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to experience the true energy of Little Havana!

Very clean and apoears newly renovated. We were at front facing the street so the traffic noise was bothersome. Waa hoping to check out 30 minutes later but they wanted $35 which I thought was very unreasonable since the place wasn’t crowded. Conveniently located to many restaurants.

The room was clean & orderly. Unfortunately the only trashcan was a very small one in the bathroom. It would have been nice to have a larger trashcan in the kitchenette area or living area. There was also no hot water but we saw plumbers arrive who presumably came to address the hot water issue.

It's a very nice room & the location near Calle Ocho is great. It is a new hotel, and there were several mishaps, but the manager addressed them promptly. In one example, someone was knocking urgently at my door, then let herself in unannounced. She had the wrong information and thought I was staying past my checkout date, when I had until the next day. With better staff training, it is a good option.

Overall a fine stay, the accomodations themselves are lovely. It was clean, safe, well equipped, the bed is comfy all in all it was good. The host was very quick to respond! If I am nitpicking, these are the areas for improvement; The check in is entirely remote and kind of annoying to do from your phone. The hot water in the bathroom only worked for one of my two showers. The colour temperature of the light in the bathroom was really harsh. There is a really bright light outside and though the glass on the door is frosted for privacy, the light still comes in from outside which could interrupt someone's sleep. It was a totally fine stay for a night, safe, clean with good communication. The fridge works, kitchen is decently equipped, lots of towels.

I had a very poor experience staying at El Jardín by Renzzi. Upon arrival, I was sent to the wrong address, which left me waiting outside for over 10 minutes unable to enter. The access instructions were unclear, and the front gate and apartment door would not open with the provided codes. After multiple messages, the host eventually acknowledged that the incorrect address had been sent. Once inside, several basic amenities did not function properly. Hot water was not working adequately throughout the stay, and the television never worked. These issues were reported multiple times and were acknowledged, but not resolved. Because of these problems, I requested to leave early, but was informed that no refund would be provided, which left me with no choice but to remain at the property despite the ongoing issues. I was also told a late checkout would be offered as compensation, but this was later retracted, and checkout remained at 11:00 a.m., contradicting earlier messages. For the price paid, the misleading arrival information, unresolved maintenance issues, and lack of a fair resolution made this stay very disappointing. I would not recommend this property to other travelers.

Difficult system for check in codes and lock system on door. A lot of ants. Main gate was closed by error for many hours so had to climb over to get in and out. Late check in (4 pm) and early check out policy (11 pm) is stressful TV control was not working Septic tank truck gives a bad impression when checking in. Nice area close to Calle Ocho and Little Havana. Nice design and colors of facade and interior

I did not stay. I got there. There was nowhere to park near the place. They told me I need to park two blocks down the street at another property. I got to the parking place and it was a condemned building. The parking behind the parking lot was flooded and there were mattresses laying everywhere trash shopping carts. It was not safe. There were people hanging out that did not seem to be safe to be around, so I did not stay I didn’t even go into the place because I felt fear for my safety parking in the only spots to park to walk there plus since they were shady people hanging out in that parking lot, I was afraid my car would get broken into plus getting all of my luggage out and my personal belongings and my purse. I feared my safety of someone attacking me beware of staying here.
