Cute older style apartment but in keeping with the old style atmosphere. Right in the middle of the old main square, with daily markets, shops, dining and grocery store nearby. Our apartment had a staircase up to the kitchen and bathroom, bedroom and little sitting area downstairs. Taller guys need to watch head in shower and at basin. You can see the Jesuit Staircase from bathroom window. We had a wonderful five day stay!

Had a fabulous stay here, location is fantastic and when the windows are shut there is no noise. Apartment was clean and comfortable and Nerio met us with no issues. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location for touring purpose. Around 10 to walk to get bus and taxi. Need to walk to pile gate to get bus or taxi. No internet connection my last day staying there. Good thing that market is 1 minute walking distance.

The apartment was very well located, well equipped, and clean. Located in the Old city close to Plǒce gate in an area where there is no need to use stairs to carry luggage, and in front of a live plaza with restaurants and a market. The apartment itself has two levels, which took a bit to get used to, but if you don’t mind the stairs it is not a problem. From the washroom window there is a nice view of the “walk of atonement” stairs filmed in Game of Thrones. The communication with Nerio the owner was easy and quick. I would 100% recommend.

Great location!

When you arrive, get an address to meet the owner. The address was different than what was on the booking. The property was great. My only complaint is there is no shampoo provided.

Most of the problems were with Expedia which gave me the owner's address not the property address and then refused to provide me a telephone number for him. I nearly went to the wrong location. As for the apartment, the location is excellent. It is in one of the flat surfaces of the old town, so no problem climbing hundreds of steps to get to it. The only problem is that the bath and kitchen are not connected directly to the sleeping room. It is necessary to go out into a common hall that is shared with other guests. The host is easy to reach, very polite and helpful. A/C and all appliances work fine

L'appartement est très bien situé dans le vieux Dubrovnik, mais il a été un peu difficile à trouver en arrivant. Il est propre et bien équipé. La petite cuisine a été utile. La salle de bain séparée de la chambre est un léger inconvénient. Somme toute, notre séjour a été très agréable.

위치가 이보다 좋을 수는 없어요^^

대만족입니다. 위치가 이보다 더 좋을수는 없을겁니다. 모든 관광지가 걸어서 3분내에 있어요. 집 주인 네리오는 자세히 설명해주었고 체크인이 완벽했습니다. 다만, 샤워실 높이가 작아 키가 170이 넘으면 곤란할거예요. 우리는 170이 넘지 않아 괜찮았습니다. 숙소내 계단은 노인이 이용하기에 어려움이 있을지도 모르겠네요. 전반적으로 대만족이며 다음에 재투숙 의향있습니다.

Only cash is accepted for hotel charge.

When I pay for fare, very surprised to hear thst only cash is accepted. Card was rejected. In case of lack of cash, he/she should get the money from ATM machine. Too bad. Also, there was no clean-up at all during 3 days of staying period. Ecxept for its location I don't want recommend this accomodation at all.

staying from Saturday till Monday

Strengths: good location (old city center). cleaned, well-equipped, fridge, room : spacious and with independent air conditioned. negative points: street noise: despite of the double glazing, street noise till very late. noise due to the common apartment entrance: The apartment is actually divided into two apartments. the access of the second floor apartment passes through the middle of the first floor apartment (between the room and the bathroom). In addition to the noise caused by the access by the wooden stairs, neighbors voices are listen as if they were with us (to get worst, neighbors decided to do a party in the apartment till very late). Pillows are too high and hard.

Fin liten leilighet midt inne i gamlebyen!

Liten, men pent oppusset leilighet midt i hjertet av Gamlebyen! Nerio møtte oss selv da vi kom, og vi fikk sjekke inn tidlig da vi ankom før innsjekk. Fortalte om byen, viste på kart og tullet med ungene. Leiligheten var liten og kjøkkenet og kjøleskapet veldig lite, men var godt rengjort og virket nyoppusset. Anbefales!

두브로브니크에 처음 셀렌가아파트에2일묶고 하루 방이 없어 옮겼는데 더 비싼거에 비해 안좋아서 불만족~ 뭔가 부족,불편~ 방이 넓은편이긴해도 주방쪽 뭐 올려놓기도 부족 밑의리플보고 Cafe Royal옆으로 갔으나 주인이 안나타나 연락하니 와서 다른곳으로 데려가주었다 우리숙소는 스튜디오(Apartment Nerio Stradun)였는데 스트라둔대로중간쯤?에서 왼쪽(오노프리오분수 등지고)골목들어감 있는 돌체비타 아이스크림가게 건너편였다 근처가게에 주인이 있는듯~한층만 올라감돼서 다행였다

Excellent location

I enjoyed my stay at Apartment Nerio, all the 4 days that I was there. Nerio came to meet me when I arrived and explained everything clearly. The location was more than perfect and the room was cozy. Another big advantage was that I only had to climb about 7-8 steps to get to the apartment, which is a rare event in Drubvonik.The Tea is also very safe.

Do note that the owner has more than one property. We were misled because we assumed that this property was along the Stradun (as it is advertised) but it is not. However, the location was next to a Farmer's Market and that was sufficiently satisfactory. Unfortunately the room was very cold — even three blankets were not enough against the March cold of night — and it was necessary for the owner to bring in an additional heating device. It is not ensuite — the toilet is located outside the room along the hallway, along with a small kitchen area.
