From the airport transfer which was particularly difficult after landing to the superb reception staff service this was a lovely one night stay close to Charleroi airport. It may be basic but rooms are clean and warm , beds are comfy and the pillows outstanding , leading to a fabulous nights sleep. We didn’t do breakfast however the restaurant and bar looked lovely. Little seating areas around reception . Everywhere looked very clean and well kept. Would stay again if using this airport. I would stay the receptionist who welcomed us and checked us out in the morning couldn’t have done more and is well informed , helped with onward travel advise. Bus stop right outside the hotel for easy transport to rail or Brussels Centre

Lo escogí porque decía que te llevaban al aeropuerto y cuando llegue me dijeron que eran 10 euros por persona por menos de 10 minutos , siempre los hoteles cerca del aeropuerto tienen ese servicio gratis. Si llegas tarde no hay nada de comer, ni tienda.

De kamer was zeer warm, de airco kon niet meer ingeschakeld worden en de draaiknop van de radiator lag er los bovenop. Een stopcontact hing uit de muur. Allemaal dingen die een poetsvrouw zou kunnen melden aan de directie om te laten repareren. Voor 1 nacht voldeed de kamer wel goed. Het bed en de kussens waren ook prima.
