"Chosen for location, the property was a bit underwhelming. The apartment I had (268) was spacious but in need of renovation. The hotel staff were exceptionally courteous, greeting us and ensuring that our stay was comfortable. Their kind gestures (like helping us carry our suitcases and packing a snack for our early morning flight and offering to make coffee) made our stay very pleasant.
