Walking distance from train that goes to the airport, central location! Would stay there again.

Amazing in every way. The beauty of waking around is unlike any other. When we got there after a long day of traveling we had just missed the lunchtime to eat, and when went to shower the handle broke off- this is not a complaint. First they extended lunch without being asked and fixed the shower within minutes. From there on everything was amazing. Front desk staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Starting from a warm welcome, explaining benefits that came with our booking, recommending great restaurants in the vicinity, to booking a car in the early morning hours to Rome airport. Room while small was clean and comfy, and the location close to sights like the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon etc. is unbeatable! Highly recommend this hotel.

IQ Hotel Milano was a perfect hotel to stay at to end our trip in Italy. It’s located right near the train station. It’s modern and has very wonderful amenities such as breakfast for an extra charge but definitely worth it given the variety and quality of the food. The sauna and hot tub were also great amenities my husband and I used throughout our stay. Lastly the bed is incredibly comfortable and probably the most comfortable bed we slept in throughout our trip. I would absolutely stay here...

Great location less than a block from the main plaza. Our room was right next to the elevator and we never heard a sound. Only a few blocks to the train station and bus stops. Many great restaurants nearby. Best breakfast buffet in our whole 26 days in Italy. Left a jacket and they had it sent to our next hotel on Capri for a minimal charge.

This is our second time staying here. The service is great, the bed is so comfortable and it’s around the corner from the Trevi Fountain. I would highly recommend it. We will be back on our next trip to Rome.

The staff is very friendly, the room we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and the windows were thick enough to keep the noise out from the street. Their breakfast was the best I've ever had from a hotel, it felt like they had everything you could ever ask for. The day we checked out we were still planning on staying in Florence until the evening and they kept our bags at the hotel free of charge for the day which was very convenient. Kiara was wonderful from start to finish. The staff are welcoming and so very cordial. She even upgraded my room. The property itself is gorgeous with lots of space. I appreciated the unique touches of this property. Breakfast was also very nice to have in their restaurant which has a very lovely skylight, perfect way to spend a slow morning on vacation. Great location for Rome . We walked to almost all attractions and restaurants. It can be loud during night due to the location but did not bother us . Excellent place and very safe

The hotel has a picturesque view of the Bay of Sorrento, sitting up higher on one end just a short walk from the best restaraunts. If possible request a room on the 1100 piano (floor).The view from there overlooks the pools and the bay. Stunning. This year we stayed on the 5th piano (floor) and the photos of from this year.

We received check in at 12:00 and check out at 13:30 the next day for 1 night, which is really nice especially after a long flight. The hotel is chic and very Milanese style which can not be fully reflected in photos. Walking to train station easily.

This hotel is perfect if you want to stay close to the central station. My family stayed for 5 nights and we are very happy with the breakfast and room. The staff are very friendly. Front desk allowed us to check-in at 11am. Three of us stayed at the deluxe room on the 3rd floor. The room is very new (newly renovated) and spacious (including the bathroom). Mini bar are free and they also gave us bottles of water every day. Breakfast are great! The only problem is the bar across from the hotel....

Very nice and very convenient for early travel

We were consistently seated next to other guests at breakfast, not necessary because there were many available tables. One of the servers in the restaurant consistently coughed while serving dinner. Otherwise, we loved the property snd the stay. Most convenient to SM train station!

The hotel was tucked away on a very small alley/street which made it close but out of the way. The restaurant just around the corner was excellent. The breakfast was disappointing but did the job. We would stay again.

Excellent hotel just a short way from Verona's main train station. The rooms were impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Really enjoyed staying at this property. Friendly and helpful professional staff. They automatically at check in give you a map of the town and highlight all local tourist attractions. They even have partnered with few local businesses restaurants and shops that either give you free drink or discounts. The hotel is well located to train station. Easy walking around the old town. The room is authentic Italian Venetian style decor. However their Lobby and breakfast dinning area is very nicely...

The spa is amazing. The food is delicious. The rooms were fun and the beds comfortable. The shower/bath was great. Go with expectations that you are staying someplace interesting and you won’t be disappointed.

I am so happy we stayed here! The staff was super friendly. Easy check in and the hotel was very clean and the rooms for a family of 4 with kids was very spacious and comfortable!
