"Place was fantastic. 11/10 would stay again. Sucks that there's nowhere to park except in the parking garage and that it's not includedwith your stay. Absolutely Insane... So add an extra $30 to your bill per night"

"All of the staff looked like they had just lost their best friend and didn’t want to be there. Very unhelpful when we came with any question or concern. It was so stupid you couldn’t pay the difference so my grandson could get the item he wanted. He actually won a nice prize in the claw machine but it dropped it right before it was delivered. We told staff… they did nothing. Another machine also took his points… again nothing . Very disappointed "

"We enjoyed both supper and breakfast at a great price. The bartender was awesome and we had fun teasing with him. Will definitely stay there again. Very convenient to get to Target Center and Field. "

"Staff was not responsive to messages through hotel.com and the wifi was so bad, it was unusable. There is also currently construction right next to the hotel, making mornings unpleasant if you're in a room near it, but i know that is just temporary so can't be too mad about it. "

"This motel is located directly across the street (Kilabrew St.) from the Mall of America. The motel has complimentary airport shuttle service, a very good breakfast, a decent small gym. It checks all the boxes, and I’ll return."

"My bed had a fingernail in it and the bedding was stained so they didn’t switch out the sheets before we arrived. I always do a bed check before sleeping and I was just shocked. Also their breakfast was just toast, cereal, and oatmeal as the main foods so if you want food options I wouldn’t say here is the best bet. The staff were extremely nice but cleanliness was not good at all."
