There is very little positive about this location. Check in was quick and staff efficient and nice, but the room was prepaid also. This is an old location and it shows, along with being in the worst spot for any quiet night. At 6 am I thought the train I heard was coming through my room. Not enough parking, trucks taking up multiple spaces, doors that don't fit, water that doesn't shut off, the worst shower faucet control I have ever seen (fell apart trying to turn on the shower). Breakfast is typical unhealthy fare. On the plus (such as it is), the jacuzzi was nice to have, the room was pretty clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately those things do not compensate for the others. Great to have a comfortable bed, but only if you don't mistake someone turning on a shower in another for a tornado.

I am so great full for the staff here. My daughter left a very personal and sentimental item at the hotel and we didn’t realize until after we got back to New York. The staff located the item, is keeping it safe and mailing it back to us! Thank you soo soo much!

The room was perfectly clean and the staff were very friendly. I took my girlfriend to experience the suite and jetted tub, we were completely satisfied with the experience. The room had a couple issues but nothing that took away from the experience. The staff just wanted us to be happy and we appreciated that. Breakfast in the morning was great, and they have 24 hour coffee for us coffee drinkers.

Room was fine. Great bed, pillows just ok. Staff very kind and helpful. Breakfast always biscuits and gravy with no variation. Tastes good, but get there early before the biscuits turn hard. Doors closing in this hotel are extremely loud and disruptful, and jacuzzi could be warmer. But considering everything, definitely worth the trip and price. Parking lot is very icy, and the coffee is dismal. Convenient location.

You get what you pay for. Needs major help. Walking in smelled not great. Got in my room and they sprayed like a bottle of perfume in it. Was so bad I had to open the windows and even that didn’t help. Windows didn’t lock at all and was broken. The place needed help, but the staff was great.

It was a fine stay. I used the hot tub in pool one time. Both were nice amenities. The water temperature of the pool was very warm and felt nice. Staff were very friendly and attentive to my needs.
