"My family and I have stayed for three nights at the hotel. What we experienced at the hotel was unreal. We traveled to 10-11 different countries, numerous states and cities in the United States and nowhere have we felt more welcomed than in this hotel. This hotel has the best staff you can find. Everyone was so genuinely nice and helpful. The staff offered to do things for us even we didn’t asked them to do it. Amazing people. My wife said I felt like we stayed with our family, not strangers. Even our kids said these are the nicest people one can meet. Hotel was clean, rooms, lobby, hallways, dining area. Good breakfast and plenty of options. Great job to all of you guys. If we come to Memphis next year for the same tournament we will plan on staying with you guys again. Thank you for everything. "

"The rooms were very clean. They gave us a King room even though I booked a two queen room. When I went back down to let them know, they gave us the correct room, but they’re attitude could’ve been nicer about it."
