"The hotel itself is a beautiful, well maintained, lovely location. The hotel is very well decorated and has rich design that makes it feel like a true 5-star hotel. We loved the front desk and lobby staff. They were all very helpful and kind. The average guests age was around 60 years old and we were constantly questioned about rather we were guest or not when attempting to visit the restaurant or bar. It became very frustrating and off to be questioned based on our age (30’s) as if younger guests couldn’t possibly be staying there. It made us very uncomfortable and we took drinks to go the next night instead of sitting on the beautiful terrace that overlooks the Acropolis of Athens. Other than that, our stay was great and the hotel has everything you need to be centrally located to every major site."

"This is our second stay at the Stanley. The staff is amazingly friendly and the breakfast is great. The roof top is the place to be to see the great views. Thank you to George(luggage), Dimitris(reception), Tanjia, Theodoris, Xristos at the restaurants they were wonderful. Thank you also to the Albanian lady who took care of our room during the week. We’ll be back! 😁"

"This hotel is the hub for schools and teens. We wore on the floor with bunch of teens and for 4 nights out of six we did not get much sleep. Teens wore running and banging on doors all night. We called front desk a few times a night but nothing was fixed. Bring your earbuds or sleeping pills if you want to get rest. Or pay a lot more to be on higher floors we wore told by the hotel staff. Staff was not very nice. The only good thing out of this stay was the bakery across the street with good treats and coffe "
