Very comfortable, clean room. So well lighted and different comfort zones were nice. Small kitchenette was nice. Although I wasn’t on an upper floor, I had a decent view of the Parthenon. The staff was most helpful in giving directions and calling cabs. Very courteous. Breakfast was above average. It is a must to have dinner or a drink in the 10th floor restaurant, for the excellent view!

ALL staff were phenomenal. They made the stay extremely pleasurable. So friendly, patient, and accommodating. Exceeded all expectations. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was comprehensive, but could have had some variety. Excellent service. Wi-Fi was not very good. Slow loading, kept getting disconnected. While room was good overall, the bathroom was poorly designed. Shower stall extremely small. Bathroom sink did not make sense. The faucet spout was not in the center but towards the side, so water would splash out to the side. And the faucet handle was outside the sink so every time you adjusted it, the water from your dripping hands would land on the counter…and there was hardly a counter space. Kitchen is not designed for the average height person. Microwave is high above the fridge. Glasses and bowls are in super high cabinets that I could not reach. The entrance in/out of garage was sooo tight. We actually observed one guest scratch her car pulling in. How is this even approved? The hotel location is in a poor spot, you have to cross major roadways to walk anywhere, and it’s treacherous even for taxis to pullover for pickup/dropoff.
