"Brand new property as it opened on the day we arrived. Beautifully designed and very modern. The staff tried their best however there were some teething issues. We pre-paid via Hotels.com but the staff at check-in said they could find our booking but could not see whether we had paid. Ended up supplying proof of payment by showing them our bank records and for supplying our card number again. This was not ideal and check-in for the 4 rooms our party booked took almost an hour. "Located close to the main station is a big plus and the station complex offers almost everything a traveller needs. Room was generally clean except the smell of cigarette smoke lingered. It was not a non-smoking room so it's understandable but it still a bit unpleasant. Staff was friendly and helpful and when I arrived on a heavy rainy night they let me borrow an adaptor for recharging my cell phone. Would like to thank them again here."
