Hiroshima Prefecture Hotels

Incredible quiet contemporary ryokan with the most amazing meals included. Top floor spa was lovely. Very nice that they provide swim wear since it is a coed sauna and soaking pool. Return communication would be nice when asking for transportation. Also, being able to request transport via text with a confirmation text would be nice rather than having to call.

Everything was great. Thank you!

Hotel was beyond what we imagined and it exceeded many of our expectations. First of all it’s in the Hiroshima train station and we rode the Shinkansen to get there and easy access to the bus at the North entrance because we utilize the JR Kansai-Hiroshima 5 day Area Pass. So Easy and very convenient to commute to our destinations and attractions because we were within the vicinity. The train station has a lot of restaurants, shops, movie theater, etc. The hotel was beautiful and one of the...

The location is ideal as it is directly across the street from the ferry. The shopping street and the famous Itsukushima Shrine is just a short walk away. I stayed in a room that had the bed in an upstairs loft. Things to consider if you book this room are the stairs are pretty steep and it’s not a small flight of stairs. The shower is separate from the toilet. The shower opens up to the hallway In the room, there is no separate area to change in privacy. I loved the bed, I think the mattress...

Rooms with incredible views. Incredibly spacious and just wonderful amenities and staff. Masunaga was incredibly helpful, and the chef was great, too.

Such a beautiful hotel, and loved the onsen!

Good but busy on breakfast

This place amazingly Clean and modernized. I love how they give out amenities at the reception area. They even have an osen, only issue is that I needed to cover my tattoos (which is fine, I respect the culture - thankfully the reception desk gives out concealing stickers for your tattoos). I wished I could have stayed there longer

Great location. Right inside the train station. Easy access to local transportation and Shinkansen trains. Many restaurants in the train station to choose. Room was very clean, a bit small.

The staff were wonderful and the hotel was clean and very convenient. The public bath was great. My mother said, if the room we stayed in had a kitchen she could live there.

Our first trip to Hiroshima, so obviously our first trip to this hotel. Great location, easy to walk to streetcar stops, convenience stores, Peace Center, restaurants. Hotel has a very welcoming check-in area on the 14th floor, which has a panoramic view of the downtown Hiroshima area. We enjoyed complimentary drinks and snacks as we watched the sun set. Pros: - great location near the center of town - beautiful lobby/bar on the 14th floor - complimentary snacks/beverages when we checked in -...

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Some spoke English very well. Breakfast buffet was outstanding with traditional Japanese dishes along with American style items including a cook to order omelette chef.

The staff spent hours calling the JR trying to get my luggage to Tokyo.
