"The room was clean. It had hanging space and shelves. A long unit to put things in or on top of and a kettle. The bathroom and shower were fine. We occasionally had no water but we rang Reception who promptly sorted it out. We had a few issues with the air conditioning and the Manager sorted this out as quickly as possible. "I booked the apartment for 20 nights but on arrival I was told there is no reservation and I had to look for an alternative. No explanation was given, no solution, the hotel did not offer to accommodate me until they find the paperwork. The hotel never offered any explanation, it is impossible to contact them, nobody answers the phone, the worst experience ever. No customer service whatsoever. Avoid!!!!"

"This hotel is simply amazing! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there for our honeymoon. The bed was roomy and comfortable. The AC worked like a dream. "This place is excellent and it was my second time staying there. The staff are always free and helpful. I gave the amenities a low score simply because they do not provide wash cloths and and extra towels for you spouse. Other than that the place is amazing. I would stay there each time I come. "
