The worst hotel experience of my life. I paid for a 28-day online reservation but upon arrival, I had to be moved to different rooms twice because nothing was working properly; the place was dingy, and there were cockroaches and other pests.I requested a refund so I could move to another hotel so they upgraded me to a better room. Even then, I couldn’t use the gym for two weeks, and the pool was never in a usable condition—despite being advertised as available. Some staff members were extremely rude, they ruined my birthday, they kept disturbing me unnesesarily & money was stolen from my room. The food was terrible, and despite my informing them of a mushroom allergy, they kept including mushrooms in the English breakfast even though they already knew that I had also been very sick for some days because of food poison maybe from there too. They kept me there with constant, empty promises that were never fulfilled; after three weeks, I couldn’t take it anymore as I had chest pain there because of all the stress I was going through been there for so long locked in a dark room. The stolen money was given back to me and they even took me twice to another hotel swimmingpool but that didn’t change all I had to go through there and anytime I reported it here to find a solution they lied saying that everything was good even though I still have all necessary proves to comfirm what Im saying so they didnt give me what I paid for, they made me suffer there and didnt even compensate me.

The room i was given had issues as follows: 1. Frequent power cuts with no backup lighting 2. Mouldy extractors 3. Mouldy, leaky air-conditioning, dripping water 4. Busted showerheads 5. Dangerous shower doors 6. Hand towel hook above the sink loose 7. Shampoo and bath gels smell like poorly mixed caustic soda 8. Malfunctioning safe 9. One-way intercom

THE ROOM HAD MOLD ALL OVER THE SHOWER AND YHE AC LEACKED BAD ON THE FLOOR AND A HEAVY MILDEW SMELL WITCH MAD ME SICK WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN BUT STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY...

It was ok. The bathroom was cleaner than the bedroom. There were only 2 real pillows on the bed. The other 2 were make shift pillows that were blankets folded up into a pillow case. There was no breakfast offered and you are only given one towel. My husband and I had to share a towel.

This place is terrible. I stayed in a superior room and i tell you, if the time was not so late, I would have left. I flushed the toilet, and water slayed on my knee! The faucet was so disgusting, I didn't even brush my teeth. I could go on and on. I'm just glad I only booked one night.

I won’t forget my experience staying here and not in a good way. I’m honestly relieved I only booked for one day. The property’s amenities were not functioning and the staff were extremely unwelcoming and difficult to deal with. What made it worse was the lack of basic essentials, room towels weren’t even provided until hours later. It’s frustrating that a hotel with this level of service is listed on Expedia. I definitely won’t be returning.
