The location is lovely because it’s quiet yet so close to restaurants, Piazza San Michele and the wall (for walking). Absolutely adore this hotel."

Lucca is no San Gimigiano, but this B&B made stopping in the area completely worth it. Excellent amenities, very friendly staff, and fun rooms/structure. No limited hours for the pool made for a super-fun midnight swim. Will probably stay there again!

This is not a picture-postcard villa with glorious views in the heart of town. It's a super-clean, well-managed, airy, Best Western with free parking, helpful staff, good restaurant, free internet, and fine breakfast, 10 minutes by car from Lucca and a good jumping-off base for driving to other sites in the area. Good value for the money.
My stay was amazing. The hotel is clean and the staff very nice and friendly. Always happy to help. On my last day they tried to secure a taxi to take me to the airport but there was none available so one of the hotel staff left his post to give me a ride to the airport so I wouldn’t miss my flight. He didn’t have to but he did. I was really grateful.
Will definitely be staying here when next I visit and will definitely recommend this place
The ambiance of Armonia Hotel goes beyond its well appointed lobby and the warm greetings of the caring and efficient reception staff. High ceilings, ornate fixtures, decorative and comfortable furniture, and fashionable floor to ceiling drapes were in our spacious guest room, as well as in the common areas. It made staying there very comfortable and inviting.

From the moment i walked in to the moment i left, the staff, housekeeping all swcond to none. I will seek out staying there next trip to Pietrasanta it was that nice and affordable.
The hotel is outside the city center in a mixed residential-commercial neighborhood. It seems to be pitched to commercial travelers rather than tourists and for that reason emphasizes functionality over quaint charm but sometimes a tourist needs functionality.
