- les matelas inconfortables sont à refaire
- les stores électriques de fenêtres, la moitié marche le reste en panne
- y’a zéro ustensiles dans le coins cuisine, dommage qu’on ne voyage pas avec nos poêles et casseroles !!!
- l’entretien ne semble pas être une priorité pour le propriétaire de l’hôtel, et c’est dommage !
- la propreté ! Le balcon ne doit pas être un local poubelle au gré des bestioles...

I would give six stars to this Hotel if I could it was so great. The pool was excellent. The water was clean with no taste of chemicals. The staff was great. The place was spotless. Breakfast was delicious cooked to your liking attention to all detail. I highly recommend this beautiful palace with marble floors.
Beautiful property. Very safe. Spacious well-kept rooms. It's on a hill, so every room has a great view of the city or lakes. EVERY member of the staff is helpful and polite. I even extended my stay a few days.
It’s a very nice historical place, beautifully decorated. Clean and quiet . The bed was very comfortable. Staff were nice as well.
Breakfast was rather simple.
We booked two beds and got only one. The room was too small to put in another bed. There was other bigger rooms, but we were not assigned for, despite that we made reservation a few months in advance. This was a bit disappointing.
Third time in this hotel, and as usual, welcoming staff, clean, and comfortable rooms, very decent breakfast , location is good, and easy access to old Madina "twenty minutes good walk" and the airport is a short drive, for tranquility and peace of mind I do strongly recommend this hotel
I can't say enough about how perfect this place was. The location is absolutely perfect and I used the map and recommendations provided throughout my trip. I stayed in the Blue Room and the original tiles were beautiful. The breakfasts every morning were absolutely delicious. Every one of them could be on the menu at any top brunch place in New York City. The cat also made my trip. It never came into my room, but waited for me outside of my door every morning wanting a cuddle.
Great place to stay in Tunis. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel is really clean. The complimentary breakfast was a lifesaver before going out to do fun stuff.
This was a stunningly beautiful Tunisian Villa, authentically restored to its origins as a 17th century merchant's home in the heart of the souk. It was an authentic cultural experience with old world hospitality and modern necessities, free wi-fi and updated western bathroom. Our stay at El Patio Courtyard House was truly exceptional and a highlight of our time in Tunisia. Ahmed was an amazing host—warm, attentive, and incredibly responsive from start to finish. We arrived very late, and he personally waited up to make sure we arrived safely and were comfortable, which immediately made us feel welcomed and cared for.
