"The room was very well decorate, spacious, and clean. The staff was what made this a wonderful hotel. They went out of their way to make us feel right at home. They scheduled a taxi pickup and drop off from the airport, contacted a doctor to visit my sick daughter in the hotel, gave us advice on things to see in Tunis; plus many other things. The breakfast was fantastic. It is located in the medina and you can easily walk to all the sites. Definitely stay here if you visit Tunis."

"The bed, sheets, and pillowcases were all very dirty, and the hot water in the shower took a long time to come on. However, the hotel's excellent location and reasonable price made it acceptable for a few days' stay."
