Stayed there over new Years and we had an amzing time. The staff goes above and beyond. The rooms are great and extremly spacious. The location is great for all kinds of aktivities (especially to go skiing in Flims and Laax) and also to go shopping and dinning in Chur. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Too far to go back and forth between Chur and the resort, but you won't want to leave Alpina anyway. Beautiful jaw-dropping hikes abound...

Arrived after dark after a flight from the U.S. and train to Chur. Stayed one night as we took the Bernina Express the next morning. Hotel is modern and spacious enough and convenient to the train station (8-10 minute walk). Breakfast was very good and early enough to catch the BE which departs at 8:30 AM. There is a good Italian restaurant across a side street from the hotel. Wish we had planned to be in Chur longer as it looked to be an interesting place to explore.
The hotel is brand new and conveniently located close to the highway. We had a high room away from the elevator as requested, with modern design and a nice view with huge windows.
There is a shopping mall in the building complex.
Breakfast was good but somewhat limited in choice.
If you plan to drive there, call in advance and clarify the situation for parking. There are only 10-15 spots which seem quite less than the amount of rooms available in the hotel.

Sweet apartment in Old Town of Chur. perfect location for seeing the sites, catching the train, taking the gondola up the mountain and access to the multitude of hiking options. The apartment was spotless and well-appointed. incredibly convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit in particular. I saw the other comments about a night club but I did not see one - there is a bar right across from the apartment building but with the windows closed I could not hear a thing, plus there is...
This was our last stop on a trip from northern Italy before a cruise and was the best. It is in a historic building and the entire 4th floor is the hotel. Shocking to go through these beautiful old doors (there is a plaque on the outside of building) and take the small elevator to a modern white and pale Grey

We enjoyed our stay! It was a large comfortable room with a view. The ac worked great. They offered free bus tickets which was helpful to commute to the downtown. We would stay here again!
Great hotel, spotless rooms, very courteous staff, and great saunas and a swimming pool. The restaurant is exceptional. I would stay there every time I come to Davos!
