"they clean the room every day. They cleaned the bathroom. It’s great.
Staff is nice.
Breakfast is good. Would be nice if they mix it up instead of having exactly the same things every day.
No gym. Not a lot of seating space in the lobby as you wait for the flight after a checkout."

"Hotel was excellently located in safe downtown area near restaurants and sites. Front desk staff was excellent in coordinating our early arrival and breakfast. The breakfast was buffet, overcrowded, pick-over and sub-standard. Had our laundry cleaned expeditiously and reasonably priced."

"Unfortunately we had a room on the highway side of the building, it was so noisy that neither of us got any sleep and we had a 1:30am rise to catch a plane, so unfortunately that is why we give it a three out of five.
We already had another night booked for later in our trip and thankfully we managed to get a room on the quieter side of the building and had a good nights rest on that occasion."

"Our flight was delayed 14 hours, so we managed to get a booking here, Juan was amazing and gave us an early check in so we could drop our bags and go out for the day in Santiago, location is handy to plenty of shops and not too far of a walk to San Cristobal.
We also ended up having dinner before we went back to the airport, and the food was amazing.
Should we find ourselves back in Santiago we will be sure to stay here again.

"Our stay was good, with quick check-in and check-out. The breakfast was very good, and the service was excellent. The only thing to improve is that the bathroom towels were very old and dark, some even had loose threads."

"The AC worked to keep the room cool but I felt that it was turned off some time during the night as I woke up feeling hot and sweaty all 3 nights of my stay there."
