"Wonderful hotel, I was really looked after whilst staying there. They went above and beyond to look after me. Front door always opened for me, fresh red carnation in room everyday, room cleaned everyday. Breakfast was great, loved the chicken soup. I had the room on the 2nd floor, very quiet. Bed, sheets, pillows everything was great for a relaxing nights rest. I stayed here for 5 nights and will stay again if in Hanoi. Location is outstanding - watching distance to all attractions and great restaurants walking distance way.

"Very ideal place to book your accommodation arrangements. Breakfast was excellent, staffs were accommodating and friendly, the location was perfect. I generally enjoyed my stay in Hanoi because of this hotel."
"The location was great, the hotel was clean, and the staff was amazing. We needed to change hotels because the Splendid Premium was full on our last night. Our new hotel was close but walking with our suitcases wasn’t an option. Lily and her colleagues arranged to take us by motorbike to the new hotel and then they delivered our suitcases- above and beyond level of service! I definitely recommend this hotel if you are going to Hanoi!"
