The hotel is in a good position to be able to explore Hanoi. It is very clean and comfortable room with a very nice breakfast overlooking Hanoi old Quater. The best thing about the hotel is the staff, everybody is extremely friendly, remembering guests by name and taking time to talk whenever we returned to the hotel, asking what we had seen and giving suggestions of places to visit. Great property and great staff. Hotel is clean and modern, and feels quiet and secure despite being in the middle of the Old Quarter craziness. The rooftop restaurant/bar provided a great place to relax and unwind, and the breakfast buffet was incredible. The fitness center is tiny and the sub-basement swimming pool is something of an oddity but that actually made it cleaner and more relaxing than an outdoor pool would have been.
