"The hotel was new and very clean but the area was very safe with shady people all around the whole area. We had to walk to our venue and had to constantly look over our shoulders. Streets and doorways cluttered with garbage. Very disappointing to see this when Hess Village used to be the place to hang out in my day. Not now! Service in the hotel was very good. Great gym to workout in with lots of floor space"
"Excellent front desk staff person. A friendly, nice Latin gentleman was quite kind and extremely efficient and helpful. Lovr the service and ammenities here. MUCH better deal than the Pearl hotel..."
"The staff, especially Jerry, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable for the right reasons. Thank you all for wonderful service. Next time we're in Hamilton, we know where to stay. Merry Christmas!"
