"This old charmer has seen better days, but the owners are obviously determined to their best under the circumstances. Our room was clean throughout, with only a slight odor of disinfectant in the hallways. Any staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Although the menu lacked depth, the restaurant was well run and our server was excellent. The portions of both our meals exceeded expectations! "The staff at the Homewood Suites on Syscon Rd were wonderful, from the front desk, hospitality, and housekeeping. The hotel was always spotless. Many of the hotels breakfast offerings changed daily, and there were many daily staples. The pool was warm & had good hours, gym was clean and open 24/7. The hotel was spotless, and cared for. The Wednesday evening reception was good."

"We loved everything about our stay. Gwen was so kind. She baked us a lemon loaf. Had a personal fridge stocked with yogurt & soda. Then in the morning her & her husband made us a delicious breakfast, where she packed mine to go because i couldn't eat it all while there, but did on the road. We definitely will go back & hopefully stay longer. 10 out of 10 highly recommend "
