"The room was very average. The room telephone did not work, but no one bothered to tell us when we checked in. The bathroom mirror had the reflective coating peeling off the back. On one day of our stay, the room was not cleaned by late afternoon, even though we had a notice on the door to clean the room. We went down to the front desk to request that the room be cleaned. We had to go to the front desk twice to request a cleaning. Finally, around 8:00 pm, the room was serviced. Another fiasco occurred during our breakfast. My wife was eating some cornflakes when she bit into a piece of ceramic that had broken off from another bowl and was served in her cornflakes. The manager told the chief, but nothing happened. I ordered Eggs Benedict one day, which came with fried potatoes. The potatoes were room temperature, as was the toast served with our breakfast every morning. My wife was stuck in the hotel elevator for approximately 3 minutes between floors. She finally got out one floor below ours and took the stairs since she no longer trusted the elevator. The only thing I can say that was positive about this hotel is that some of the staff were nice. "

"Upscale and very clean property great amenities rooms are clean and very nice views and great balconies. Heated pool is phenomenal and new chairs help freshen up the poolside experience. Only negative is the parking is no longer valet and I was very concerned as a resident I would not have parking Saturday night when we returned"

"The rooms were very large, probably the biggest hotel room I have ever stayed in. They also have 2 king size beds in the rooms. A great place to stay if you're setting sail on a cruise the next morning. They also had a real nice bar attached to the property."
