"Our room was not cleaned. When we arrived there was a soiled rag left in the bathroom. The maid service emptied the trash but did not make up our bed. The desk when we checked in was v helpful as was the fellow at the desk on Tuesday afternoon/evening. Overall my impression is that maintenance of this hotel is not a priority for this chain."
