This property is excellent and perfect and since I can’t improve on perfect there is nothing more to say I loved it

My first time to China on a business trip. I loved it! The room was cleaned everyday with fresh sheets and towels! The Staff were very courteous and attentive and tried to communicate with me in English. Their breakfast was great and the buffet was huge, with lots of options.

We enjoyed our stay here very much.

New hotel and nice vibe with aesthetic rooms and comfortable beds. Gym, spa, sauna,pool. The construction in the area can get loud but such is a locale with a strong economic growth.

Very clean and spacious. Lots of birds and parrots on the grounds. Like paradise.

Clean and modern. Staff understand Mandarin and some Cantonese Staff understand zero English. I repeat, staff do not understand English. Had some issues with understanding the reservation and finding the confirmation number. Room AC was extremely slow. Breakfast isn't included but the breakfast was also modern and tasty.

Suites are huge and worth the upgrade. Great gym, massage and spa. Restaurants are excellent, especially the chinese ones. We even impressed our chinese partners with the food there. Great showers, water pressure is excellent. Clean linens and towels make this another great spot. Safe, clean, wifi for westerners, and accessibility make this is a great choice.

Great place to stay. Big rooms and comfort. Will stay again.

Right in Wanda plaza, everything is within one minute, literally!

I've stayed at the Hyatt at Songshan Lake (close by) and the rooms here are almost identical, same room layout, slightly different bathroom but at half the price. About the only drawback is if you don't speak Chinese (I don't). Only 1 in 20 speak English, where the Hyatt probably more like 1 in 2. But the restaurant staff used Google translator, probably could have never ordered dinner without it. There is a buffet that would make it easier but I avoid buffets. I only rated the amenities a 4...

The hotel viewing was excellent. The check-in staff was so professional and very patient. There are many swimming pools that I like swim very much. One more, there are many hot spring pools.
