"I have been staying here for the Last 12 years , because it is economic and the closest/walking distance to the Canton Fair venues. when i first started staying there, It was GREAT/ close to the GET Show. as the years have gone past, The maintenance of the property has gone DOWN constantly every year. for the last 3 years straight, I have had to change rooms for one issue after another. THIS YEAR, i went to leave my room, and the door handle Literally broke off in my hand , and i was trapped...

"The map location provided as shown on the Expedia platform website is incorrect. This caused a big inconvenience to be dropped off at night in the wrong location. That was disastrous. I had to walk some distance and finally find an available taxi. When I finally got to the correct location, the property was not acceptable in terms of access and safety. I complained and they brought me to a better building and more in line with the fee. I told them I was happy with the change in room and location...

"Fantastic five star hotel in Guangzhou! I would definitely stay here again. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Pool and other facilities were great. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were great, David at the front desk was very friendly and helpful."

"The hotel didn't arrange my booking. Theydidn't assist in finding my booking. I had a hard time contacting Hotels.com to confirm my booking with them. In the end, they didn't give me the room type I booked and I got a very small room that was not worth the price I booked. I didn't receive a refund or apology from the hotel."
