Great for poker players! One floor has a very high end poker room with daily tournaments.
Gym was decent with enough free weights and some machines to get in a good workout.
Breakfast buffet is high end with a lot of great selections.
Staff throughout the hotel was friendly and helpful.
My family and I have stayed here multiple times and have always had a great experience. It is newly renovated and clean. The staff there are very helpful as well. I recommend this place to all travelers.

Hotel and the rooms are new or newly updated and very well laid out to maximize space. The staff id incredible. From the second you arrive to the time you depart they make you feel like the most important person in the world! I really cant say enough great things about the hotel and staff. We had SUCH A GREAT TIME at this hotel. 10/10 times, we would go back to Hanoi just to stay at this hotel. From the relentlessly phenomenal service, communication, and hospitality to the great food options inside and outside the hotel. Everything was top notch and each person who worked at the hotel ALWAYS had a smile on their face and happy to help. This is the most genuine hotel we have ever stayed at to date and loved our experience!
