They have this ridiculous policy not to let Uber come to the lobby. Am I supposed to walk to the streets under the unbearable sun to get my ride? They gave the nice Uber lady a really hard time, and threatened to fine her $500. I told them I had requested she pick me up there but they were not listening. Everything in the hotel is nice but they need to stop harassing the Uber drivers. They are only trying to earn a living and their service is much superior to the local taxi .
The property inside is very nice and elegant. Didn't like that have to pay 25 dollars per night for parking when im paying to stay in here. Other wise everyone is amazing. And i appreciate them.
Customer Service!!!!! It was amazing, I have never stayed in a hotel where the staff was more attentive, friendly and helpful! The room was EXTREMELY clean as well. We arrived before check-in and Carlos, gracefully took our bags and sent is to have fun in PR. Within a couple of hours I got text saying that not only was the room ready but he had already placed our bags in our rooms which is extra special because it boutique style, there isn’t a elevator. The place is very nice and always clean. The location is the best for me. Walk to downtown old San Juan or get a cab. Condado, one of the best place in Puerto Rico. I have been visiting for over 20 years.
Super awesome hotel with friendly staff!
Ignore all the previous reviews that complained about the rundown neighborhood. PR was hit by the devastating Hurricane Maria and is slow to recover. You see empty buildings damaged by the hurricane quite often and they are by no means indications of the sketchiness of the neighborhood. The neighborhood is safe and it’s literally next to the Capitolio!!!
There is no problem with the shower temperature in our room.

I had such a amazing time here with my boyfriend. We wanted a place where we can just completely relax and enjoy the beach with restaurants nearby without the hassle of getting attacked by vendors or having the need to rent a car. Quaint small hotel but rooms weee big. Clean, modern and best central location to everything in old Adan Juan. 2 blocks from pier, two blocks from the Moro, shopping and restaurants. Ate at Cafe el Pubti and the food could not have been any better with very decent prices. Exceptional. We parked at the big parking station for $24 from 6 overnight till check out 3 blocks away

Very clean, cute little place at the end of a cul-de-sac that backs up to a forested area. Easy to follow check in instructions, super friendly and helpful staff. Nice sized room, everything in good working order. Again, super clean. Great value, definitely a great visit.
Everything within reach including the beach. We didn’t rent a car during our visit and didn’t have any problem finding anything. Clean, cozy and beautiful hotel!
Nice new property with heated pool which is a plus. I didn’t took the all inclusive option but still had good continental breakfast. Accesible to nearby attractions.
Property was great for kids! Had transportation to the beach and old San Juan. Was walking distance to T-mobile arena. Then Francisco makes the best drinks at the bar. (The chicken tenders are amazing)
