"Lovely hotel with lovely staff. I enjoyed my stay in Medellin. They had daily housekeeping which I really appreciated. The WiFi is really good and the hot tub was the cherry on top. It was also in an extremely walkable area with restaurants within a 1-15 min walk depending on where you wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again when I next visit Medellín.
The only thing I would recommend that would make it even better is that they include a clothes iron and hair dryer in the rooms."
"Overall, everything was great, and we had a very pleasant stay. The location, service, and cleanliness met our expectations. The only downside was that the mattress and pillows were quite firm, which made it a little difficult to sleep comfortably. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it."

"Comfortable beds, nice room, delicious breakfast and grea staff. Property is right next to the Museum of Modern Art and has lots of nice restaurants nearby. Also much closer to other tourist attractions than if you stayed at El Poblado. I would stay here again, for sure and I can recommend this place to others"
"I've been staying at this hotel for many years. As a guest a simply breakfast is free, and staff is very helpful. It's nestled in a regular neighborhood not far from the Metro. I find the price is reasonable and I love living among the locals."
"What a fabulous hotel! I travel a lot (weekly) and stay at lots of business chain hotels and was a little nervous about staying at an independent hotel at a relatively low rate but was super impressed with everything. The hotel has breathtaking views at each landing, is close to good restaurants and the in-hotel restaurant is great. Simple food but served with a smile. English was limited but it all worked. I rarely write reviews but loved this place!"
"I had a good experience at this small hotel in Laurales. The area is great, a few mins walk to many supermarkets, restaurants, parks etc. Staff are friendly and attentive but don’t speak English, which is fine once you know basic Spanish. Breakfast is tasty and has a good variety. The rooms are a little outdated style wise but they have air conditioning (rare for Medellin) and good hot water. Overall good value! "

"Second time staying at this hotel. The staff, same as last time, were all very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is good, and the new addition of room service for lunch and dinner made it even better. The area where the hotel is located is very quiet and safe, so we'd often end up walking to the nearby restaurants in Laureles, or sometimes just simply going out for a walk around the block.
Although the rooms do have a bit of a dated feel, it's still has the "feels like a home" feeling to it....

I really liked this place! I was a solo traveler and felt safe in the area day and nighttime, area always had someone at the front door and I even walked to the hotel late at night after a concert, the room and service was amazing I could easily talk to anyone through WhatsApp. I was out a lot but I definitely had everything I needed in my room! I’m definitely staying here again when I come back to Medellin
This hotel in Medellin it’s Awesome for ppl that want to party . If you want a QUIET vacation this is not for you . Many clubs and restaurants to choose from. Easy asset to taxis . We LOVE it will be back
This is a very well run, pleasant hotel with attention to detail. Great care is taken to ensure the comfort and convenience of guests. It has the friendly feeling of a smaller hotel. All staff members we've encountered are very kind and helpful.
Great hotel, friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet, I always stay at this hotel when I travel to Medellin, besides all of the ammenities I like the professionalism and kindness of the staff, for me that’s what makes the stay very enjoyable. I almost forgot, the location cannot be beat!!
Very good Hotel, and the part I liked the most was that the Hotel elevator takes you directly to a shopping mall, where you can find lots of stores and food. Personal in the hotel were very nice and open to any needs. Would recomend this hotel 100%.

The hotel was charming and clean. The staff were super nice, and their cafe downstairs had a pretty good breakfast. I stayed in the room that had a loft with 2 beds and bathrooms. The downstairs area was very tight. Especially if you have 2 suitcases that open light a butterfly.
