It’s the perfect place to recharge. We were welcomed with a delicious, health-conscious drink that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The front-desk staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. The rooms are beautiful—rustic yet refined—with plunge pools, thoughtful décor, and all the amenities you could need, from blow dryers and robes to additional curated items available for purchase. With three restaurants on site, the dining experience is a highlight. There’s Japanese, Mediterranean, and an open-air beachfront restaurant, La Popular Nômade Temple, which offers fresh fish from the Caribbean Sea and a dining experience rooted in simplicity and connection to nature. Everything we ordered was not only beautifully plated but delicious. The servers were attentive, helpful, and incredibly warm—many even remembered us by name. The beach was gorgeous, as always, and we were thrilled to find no sargasso seaweed during our visit. The spa was incredible, offering a range of traditional Mexican treatments focused on deep relaxation and healing. The wellness program is also robust, with complimentary yoga, breathwork, outdoor ceremonies, and unique experiences available for purchase. Our only suggestion would be to increase capacity—classes fill up quickly, especially during busy weeks. "

"This is really safe and the food is excellent. Buckets of beer at the roof top bar are a deal! and the bartender up there is a really nice local that feels like he loves his job. pretty top tier i cant think of much they missed and the vibe is really well done. Perfect for a family vacation!"

"Absolute fantastic time here. Pictures don’t do this place justice. Was here for 5 days for my girlfriend’s birthday and we didn’t want to leave. From the outdoor showers, to the orange cat that was out and about. Our little treehouse room was so romantic. Would recommend 10 times over. We’ll be back soon. Big shoutout to Samantha and the rest of the azul team for always being so warm and helpful for everything and anything we needed! "
