"There was mold smell in the room we stayed and because of that one of our child fell ill, it spoiled our holiday mood. We preferred to stay outside as long as possible and returned to the hotel only to sleep and bath. We will never book this property again for our stay in Tulum. Staff and service was good and I appreciate that."

"The hot tub isn’t really a hot tub because it doesn’t heat up or have engines. And the paint has fallen off in a lot of places in the tub but otherwise the room was nice and comfortable. But the main pool was nice and clean and the room was exactly like its photo. It felt safe and a very nice neighborhood as a solo traveller. "

The rainforest vibe and secluded pools and waterfalls were just the atmosphere we wanted, and the location away from the beach in a quiet neighborhood was as very appealing. We had a room with a garden and soaking tub that gave the place the feel of an expensive boutique hotel for a fraction of the cost. The breakfast included with our room was small but excellent, and we made good use of the bar's happy hour. Superb margaritas!"

"Amazing stay at NaJ Boutique Hotel! The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located in Aldea Zama. The rooms are stylish, very clean, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The pool area is a great place to relax after exploring Tulum. Everything about the stay felt easy and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum. 🌴✨"

"I was not informed that they had a curfew and that the entrance gate would lock at a certain time. This was very scary for me as I arrived from a night out to find the gate had a lock and chain on it. This was shortly after midnight. I was not able to enter, I called management on what’s app. Eventually someone opened the gate at 6am. I had a penthouse suite and I asked them to reimburse for the night I spent outside. Management did not respond. Be aware"
