"Size of room and nice property "

"Breakfast was always nice. No spa or workout area available bc of renovations. Beds only had a duvet so we were either hot or cold. Providing a sheet would have helped. Otherwise a lovely place to stay for my first visit to Mumbai. I would happily stay there again. "

Had my booking company called also and they refused. Horrible customer service they are only interested in the finance aspect not the humane feelings.
