"The stay was comfortable and safe. The room was clean, well maintained, and the ambience inside the hotel was good. The entrance area and the lift could be improved, as they did not reflect the quality of the rooms. Overall, the stay was pleasant, and I would recommend this hotel, including for women travelers. "

"Extremely shady place. It actually occupies only one floor of the building that is present on all pictures. The owner seems happy to inform that they "do not accept foreigners" despite a confirmed reservation. I was left alone at night on the street in Mumbai because of this (and the nonchalance of Expedia). Pretty scandalous that this kind of behaviour is tolerated"

"The staff is helpful, but the bedsheet, blanket and pillowcases are not clean they were not changed after last use. Mattress was bit firm but ok for sleep. AC, fan and TV were working. Phone has got lot of dust on it. Bathroom and toilet were ok, hot water provided, towel again is not clean. No name board outside, and is upstairs, so difficult to find it if you come in the night. Never buy or order food from the ( Azwan ? )restaurant menu card in the room, the food was horrible, I personally...
