"This was great! One of my best hotel experiances. We stayed for a week, hotel staff was polite and helpful. Check in and check out was easy. The rooms were well designed (no unnecessary items), all items you needed where in the room. It was spacious and clean. And location is amazing, you have the mall with good shopping and resturant, even a super market there and walking distance across the bridge to canton tower. "Overall the hotel hardwear is very decent and new. But the surrounding environment is not good, there are Karaoke, Snooker, Clubs around the hotel. I choose this hotel because of the parking lot underground and EV charger there but when i checked in i realized that all the chargers are not working!! The staff is good enough to call the facility management to ask about the charger but the reply is that the chargers wont be fixed until next year 😇"
