"Great location with easy access to beach and many local gems such as Kondyli, Nauplion, Tolo, and Mikines. Property is in great condition with very friendly staff. Maria, Xristos, and Fotis were amazing. Had super good breakfast and lunch with many good choices and excellent quality local ingredients. "this was the most relaxing 4 days of our 40 year marriage. we relaxes, took day trips to explore local ruins, fishing villages and Nafplio. the staff were well informed and friendly. The breakfasts were excellent and fresh made on the spot. And the afternoon "snacks" easily became our evening meals, delivered to our patio. "The guesthouse is very close to the sea after crossing a road with traffic jam. Most of the beach spots are occupied by restaurants. To spend some time at the beach, go to Tolo at 5 kms in the direction of Nauplie. "
