La déception de nôtre séjour de 10 nuitées en Grèce. Cette adresse n'est qu'à considérer que "par défaut" pour les prestations hôtelières. Si vous êtes habitués aux vrais 3,4 étoiles et plus, oubliez. La salle de bain ressemble plus à se que l'on trouve en colonie de vacances. Mêmes les campings font mieux. Quant aux prestations culinaires, il vaut mieux oublier. Bémol, les produits à base d'huile d'olive et proposés à la vente par la patronne sont de bonne qualité. Dommage pour les prestations hôtelières médiocres, car il y a de quoi faire, en effet, il n'y a beaucoup d'offres aux alentours. A oublier... Je pense qu'Expedia serait inspiré de faire passer un "client mystère" pour vérifier par eux-mêmes que l'établissement ne répond pas à un classement 3 étoiles.

Bien placé mais les photos sont trompeuses

chambre pour 4 faite de bric et broc, trop de meubles vieux, portes qui ne ferment pas, propreté très moyenne, surtout dans salle de bains et la literie est déplorable... Accueil chaleureux mais gite pas au bord de l'eau.

Heaven on earth!

Our stay at Cava Petra was SO rejuvenating. After a long week of sightseeing, this calm retreat in a stunning setting was just what we needed to restore before continuing our trip. The proprietors, Antonius and Joanna are very welcoming and helpful, and when they serve your breakfast you will see why they look like the picture of good health and happiness...fresh goji berries, a cocktail of aloe vera juice and lemon from their organic farm and a selection of eggs, yogurt, bread, honey etc that makes it difficult to choose what to eat next! The drive around the Peninsula is breathtaking...bring your swimsuit! I hope you live Cavo Petra as much as we did.

we love it !

We really love the fantastic view from our room,friendly stuff and nice feeling all over the place.We also buy fresh Aloe Vera products from their Farm.A shadow parking for our cabriolet car was something really important for us.The nearest market is 10 min. from hotel .Don't miss the bio breakfast!

this is an isolated guesthouse at the far end of the peninsula. Made to feel very welcome, and great views. Peaceful. The owner offers food and drink which is a good standard.

Sympa mais loin de tout...

Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire, qui met gracieusement à disposition parasols et transats. Petit déjeuner grec ou continental selon l'envie. Les chambres sont assez grandes mais l'équipement est minimaliste. la terrasse ombragée est très agréable. La salle de bains est très petite et les équipements sanitaires un peu vétustes. La vue mer est très belle mais pour se baigner nous avons du aller à Methana, à 9 km (20 mn en voiture)où nous avons trouvé une plage très agréable et un restaurant super sympa. La promenade sur le volcan est très agréable. C'est typiquement un hôtel où l'on apprécierait une piscine.

Un bel endroit, où l'on est très bien accueilli. Un bémol sur le caractère un peu excentré du lieu qui ne donne pas envie de ressortir le soir. Hotel un peu difficile à trouver avec les seules indications du voyagiste.

Superb

We stay there early of August and all we can say is this: Superb ! What you see in website is what you get,plus a friendly and professional attitude from the owners.Supposed that we did excursions in Methana to see the beauty of the area but we liked the hotel so much that literally hang in there!Amazing sea view from our room,really nice chiil out music spreads all over the garden and Cafe area by a D.J.We also drink there a 100% Arabica Espresso coffee ιn breakfast,rare for hotels in this category.Dont miss the antistress caresses and hugs from their Husky dog named Iceberg.We love it !

amazing!

Cavo petra is a pretty nice cosy hotel with panoramic view to Poros and Egina island.We really enjoy the quiet and romantic feeling that was spreanding all over the air! It is so relaxing there ,if you wish,you can sleep 24/24.The studios have nice and simple decoration,giving you the feeling that you get more than you pay for it.Of course the owners are always smiling and ready to help you(they give us a round trip to Volcano with their boat).Crystal clear beaches and a nice bio breakfast is what we really like it mostly!Thank you again Joanna andTony.Highly recomended by far!TIP:dont leave without taking pictures of Iceberg(owners very friendly husky)

Secluded and Quiet Get a Way

This is a lovely hotel with an ocean view and a quiet location. The hotel can be difficult to find even with a GPS, so do some research on its exact location before going. The hotel is very close to several beaches. The hotel is only accessible by car, as no buses go this way. You will need to be able to speak some Greek because the owner speaks little English, but offers a warm smile. They have a lovely husky dog who is very sweet, tame, and playful and they allow you to play with it any time.
