"Yes my daughter and I stayed there and it was good! The breakfast was yummy, the staff helpful and the room was immaculate! Very clean! If you have kids the water park is very close and the cars for kids to ride in!"

"Very nice clean hotel. The new girl Ling at the front desk was so sweet. It’s a quirky hotel which you can tell was built to fit in the space with some odd rooms that aren’t functional but that doesn’t matter. It’s nicely decorated, freshly painted, and very comfy."

Liked the location - short walk to cafes and the Lotte Centre. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice place to get away from the bustle of the Old Town for a few days. "An absolutely amazing place to stay. The staff were always friendly, courteous and smiling. The rooms are very large and accommodating with everything you need for your day to day life i.e. washing machine dryer and bottled water. It is located on the southern side of the lake which is beautiful to walk daily and meet the smiling locals or to stop for food and beers. Will definitely stay there again when back in Hanoi in a few months time. 10/10 amazing "
