"You get what you spend for. Staff are very helpful and accommodative. Good budget hotel. The area is great, you get great views of the city both day and night. Can be tricky for taxis to reach, they’ll have to reverse in, otherwise you’ll have to walk up from plaza de Armas. No lifts, so heavy bags will have to lifted up and down, not easy in this altitude. The toilets and shower facilities are very basic. But if someone is travelling light, this hotel is a great option."
