"It was falsely advertised on the site. The photos were edited by A.I. and looked totally different in person. Also it wasn’t clean at all pretty much. The floor was sticky the pillowcases had been used and had stains and hair on it. The fridge was disgusting on top was hair and stain. The bed was basically coming off the frame so you had to stay in the middle. The dresser had someone’s toenail collection on it. I saw a roach in the bathroom and the tub was also in poor condition with random things floating around. The hallways look like a rehab center. I’m pretty sure most people who are staying there are on some kind of drugs. They are always sleeping in the hall or just standing around outside. There was an homeless guy singing very loud outside in the middle of the night for over 4 hours. Also I had to leave because someone literally died outside of my window. We pretty much were uncomfortable during the stay. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone to be honest. Negative 5 stars"

"Refrigerator didn't work. Airconditioner wouldn't shutoff."

"Fridge in my room made a high pitch noise all night. Bathroom smelt moldy. Pillows were uncomfortable. I was woken up by three different alarms in the morning after having driven in 12 hours from Idaho and desperately needing sleep. Couldn’t get back to bed after and checked out early. Very frustrating stay, especially considering the price."

Regardless of the time of day or night we arrive, the staff always greets us with kindness and ensures we have everything we need. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality make every stay enjoyable. We truly appreciate the consistent quality of service and look forward to many more visits! The only thing maybe room for improvement is the continental breakfast. Besides that GREAT JOB!! "

"This hotel was so convenient between Dodgers stadium and the airport the following day. They have a guest of the day who is awarded extra treats from their small convenient market. I was the guest of the day and it literally made me so happy, especially on Mother's Day!"

"The hotel is located in the perfect location. Easy to get in and out. Jude and Angel at valet were so sweet and accommodating. Val run the bar and has many guests and locals. She always has a smile. The entire staff here is kind and welcoming. We always stay here when we are in the Valley."
