"My door didn’t work multiple times and staff did not fix it only gave me new key cards. Also the 24 hour gym is 2 machines that cannot properly function since they don’t have enough space. The staff were the best part since they were incredibly nice."

"We loved the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable and pretty large. We got a suite and a king room and they were both spotless. The breakfast in the morning was also excellent and convenient because I was traveling with myself and five teenagers and they can eat! Staff was extremely helpful when I ended up booking another room last minute. It was also super close to Universal Studios which was nice because it was easy to get to after a long day. We will definitely be staying there again for the next universal trip."
