"Room assigned seems to be a backup room after requested to change the room. Telephone in the room has no instruction regards contacting the front desk; housekeeping and etc. located next to their entrance to storage area for housekeeping. Lots of traffic and loud bangs from closing door when worker goes into storage area. Other than these; it was a nice stay here."

"I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Phu Quoc. It has very courteous staff and all the modern facilities. If travelling with kids , this place has lot to offer. Located near to the attractions with free VinBus shuttle service throughout the day. If I visit Phu Quoc again, this will be my stay."
