"Shuttle was great. Surprised that parking was an additional $25/day and there is no guest laundry. At our Mn checkin no one told us that ice is only on 3 of the floors (ours was not one of them). At 0100 we went to shower and discovered we had no washcloths. Staff responsive to all requests throughout our 3 day stay, but the expectation of tipping for things included in the stay (body wash, wash cloths, daily coffee choices/creamer for two) was disappointing for this not inexpensive hotel. "
