Wonderful hotel in the heart of old Nice! Close to everything. Large comfortable and clean rooms. Very nice and helpful staff.

The hotel has been entirely renovated, great location, excellent breakfast buffet. The ladies working the omelet bar were awesome, very attentive and efficient. Eric at the front desk was so helpful with our travel plans, the only downside was the air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open all night.

Exquisite hotel! Service was impeccable. The two restaurants and the bar were beyond exceptional. This hotel is simply top notch. From its history, to all its ornamental architecture, to all of its artwork, we simply did not want to leave. Fascinating stay. Well trained staff who exceeds every expectation.

The view is STUNNING! Location is super convenient. Staff were super friendly. Mid-century modern art decor was wonderful.

A truly fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Traveling as a solo female I felt safe and loved the beautiful decorations in the room, which was also quite large! Very walkable to everything including public transport, the beach, and old town. Would absolutely recommend it and stay again, thanks for a wonderful stay!

From the moment we arrived, Pierre welcomed us like old friends. He made us a cup of coffee and held our bags until our room became available. We toured a bit and upon return our bags were in our room. The room was well styled, comfortable, dark and quiet. His daughter gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and transportation. It is a gem of a hotel.

I enjoyed my 4 nights stay at Hotel De Provence. This hotel is a block from Rue D'Antibes (main shopping center) and maybe two blocks from the beach. Near to restaurants and everything Cannes has to offer. Jean was gracious, and helpful with directions to the nearest attractions. Slavica was also attentive and both speak good english. Of all the hotels on a 10-day Euro holiday, my friends and I were most impressed with Hotel Le Cavendish. The hotel has the perfect location for exploring Cannes as it’s a bit off the water yet still a 10 minute walk to the Le Suquet (Old Town), La Croisette, and beaches. Hôtel was great. It’s about 15 mins walk from La Croisette (the main beach promenade). We could have parked at the hotel but actually had failed to let them know in advance (our poor planning, not the hotel’s fault). If we had let them know we’d also have been able to charge our rental car there which was an EV. When we checked in they offered to reserve it for us for the following evening but in the end it was easier to just leave the car in a multistory car park nearby. The room was lovely....

Hotel is in a great location within walking distance to everything. The breakfast is a great way to start the day and as you enjoy it you have a great view of the port.

Very nice hotel for a stay in Cannes.

Hotel could not have been better. Such a beautiful area, less than 10 minutes walk to the train station, eat breakfast while looking at the cathedral, and attached to a cafe with a ton of gluten free options. The staff were also all so absolutely lovely and helpful, every single one went above and beyond. Cannot recommend this place enough!

The check in was quick and easy. The rooms were small, but the space was very efficient with good shelving for your luggage etc. They had comfortable beds and super cute aesthetic. Very easy walk to the train station. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff was attentive and responsive to my messages and with out every need! We needed directions or taxi we had Yasmine and Austin take care of my sons and me. We enjoyed coffee and refrigerator for ledt overs and a balery and grocer was across the street. The locawas outstanding and near ever place we wannted to go during our stay! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Steps from Gare de Cannes, blocks from the Croisette. Dozens of shop’s restaurants. Breakfast was amazing worth the price. And the lounge is open 24h. Love the coffee and water machine. Staff in the breakfast room were amazing and well as the hotel staff.
