Great location and staff. Room was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is near many restaurants and also near the Elbphilharmonie. The beds are comfortable and the staff is accommodating.

The room waa clean. Bed waa comfortable. Good breakfast and nice staff. Wish we would have known about the neighborhood when I booked. It was not a big deal, but did not realized what Reeperbahn was as a location

Hotel was very reasonably priced for Hamburg, staff was very helpful and friendly, hotel was clean and comfortable, and public transportation (bus) was nearby. The only drawback was that I write a travel column and only reserve hotels with computers. The U.S. hotels.com website stated the hotel had one and they did not. I was fortunate to find an internet shop down the block but they need to remove that information from the website.

Everything was perfect, staff are very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was very close to the train and bus stations. The reception was pleasant - thank you, Tannaz! The rooms were clean and modern and roomy enough. A great choice.

This is a really good hotel but a lot of upgrade

A. Great location if you just got off at the Haupbahnhoff, the main train station. An easy 3-5 minute walk with rolling luggage across from the famous Hotel Atlantic. B. The staff was friendly. C. I added the breakfast when booking the room. Plentiful all-u-can-eat buffet with healthy foods. Choices from Eggs and bacon (German style) Muesli and cereals. Fresh rolls, breads, butter, jams, cold cuts Pancake/waffle maker All kinds of machine made coffees or late s. Teas, juices, etc Fresh...

Clean room

We chose the location because of the proximity to the U-Bahn station. Silke is great. We also loved the Tunici Restaurant.

We just needed a place to store our belongings and sleep that was close to the transport system. This place was perfect for that.
