"I came to Chicago for a quick Fourth of July weekend. The staff, specifically the front desk staff, were amazing. I'm a solo traveler so I can tell you that staying here was actually very economical. Having the shuttle service and having the train station literally behind the hotel is amazing. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay, whether it's a short trip or a long one. I loved staying here. I will be back."

"Very convenient to the airport. Shuttle every half hour. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast not included, but coffee bar in the lobby, as well as other food and drink sold separately. Restaurant also on premises. Would definitely stay again."

"Made a last minute reservation to stay by O’ hare. We were able to park at property very easy. Check in was fast. The Italian restaurant at the property is good enough. Breakfast was buffet style and could have more items, but I was not expecting something sophisticated. I would book Sonesta again on a future trip"
