A a formoer Chicagoian this location was great to get around without a vehicle. Theres airport shuttle to and from the airport. I also walked across the street and hoped on the Conference shuttle to the Blue line to get around. Breakfast was great I had a veggie omelete and potatoes. "The staff were very helpful and kind. I had injured my knee while walking to the subway. I was in a great deal of pain and the desk staff were so good in helping us get checked in quickly.
