Alexandre La Siesta
10/10 Excellent
"Really good resort. Perfect location."
Europe Villa Cortes
10/10 Excellent
"Had an amazing stay at the Villa Cortes. Hotel is a level ahead of any of the other hotels we have stayed at. It is very quiet, not much going on at night which is fine if your out and about anyway. We were upgraded to garden rooms which were lovely and close to pool. Only down side was we were bitten with mosquitoes on our first night and didn’t go back onto the balcony again. Once we used a repellent we were fine. It’s just the hotel has a lot of greenery and water features which breed mosquitoes. That was the only negative we had. You can get sunbeds at any time of the day. No issue at all. They are very comfy with big thick mattresses. Will definitely return"
Cleopatra Palace Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Could not find a fault , the place is spotless ,the staff great will be back"
H10 Las Palmeras
8/10 Good
"It was a lovely clean hotel. The all inclusive drinks were good quality. However the all inclusive meals were quite bland and lacked flavour But I really enjoyed my stay"
Catalonia Oro Negro

Sir Anthony Hotel

Park Club Europe - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"For 4stars hotel everything is perfect"
Alexandre Gala
8/10 Good
"Hotel was good. Clean room daily and no problem getting sunbeds around the pool. Food was good with lots of choice in the restaurant. Really helpful staff on reception. No noise at all at night. Only reason I would not return is the close proximity to Veronicas and the rubbish and dodgy people that are in that area. I could not fault the hotel though and we enjoyed our stay."
Gara Suites Golf & SPA
8/10 Good
"We stayed in a two-bedroom suite at Gara Suites. The hotel offers good value for money, but overall I feel it is closer to a 3-star hotel than the 4 stars it advertises. The suite was spacious, but it only had one bathroom. The room description also stated a golf course view, but our balcony overlooked a construction site. From around 8–9am every morning there was loud construction noise, and dust covered our balcony and clothes. We also expected a kitchen, but there wasn’t one. There were no tea or coffee facilities, only one bottle of water, and we had to request a kettle from reception. The housekeeping staff were excellent, especially the gentleman cleaning Block 4 on the third floor. He was always friendly, polite and kept our room spotless every day. Breakfast had a good selection and was enjoyable. The biggest disappointment was the seafood buffet. We paid before entering as instructed, but while dining another staff member asked for our room number and wrote it down. The next morning, another employee wrongly claimed we hadn’t paid. Thankfully I had kept my receipt. This showed a serious lack of communication between staff, which was frustrating and embarrassing. The spa was relaxing, but it required an extra charge despite the hotel promoting itself as a Golf & Spa resort. The pool was pleasant but quite small with very limited shade. The location is also far from the town centre, we had to rely on taxis throughout our stay. A shuttle bus would make a difference"
