"We stayed for 2 nights in an executive room. Decor and furnishings were immaculate. Quality of fittings is very high end. The whole hotel was spotless. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and extremely helpful, from the doorman to the reception staff and beyond. Bar staff were very attentive and nothing seemed to be too much trouble at all. "Stayed with a family of 5 and the location cant be beat! We had 5 peices of luggage and was easy to walk to Liverpool St station and take Elizabeth line to LHR. The communication with the staff for checkin was very personable and accomodating, and they followed up to ensure everytjing was perfect. They even left a box of goodies for us (chocolates, cookies, gourmet tea, etc) Was hesitant to book due to other reivews mentioning the street noise but we used the portalable fans to create white...
